Tustin Hearing Center first contacted Advanced Network Consulting as they were preparing to move to a new location. ANC evaluated their current network configuration and had several meetings with the Owner Janell to discuss growth of the company and goals.
Advanced Network Consulting did a walk thru at the new office and planned out the network topology with Janell. ANC brought in and coordinated vendors for Internet, phones and the A/V installer for Exam room flat screen TV’s.
Advanced Network Consulting designed the server room and installed all of the Network, telephone and A/V cabling in the suite. We purchased a new server and configured Windows 2003, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and security. ANC purchased new workstations and printers and deployed the entire network in the new facility.
ANC coordinated with several vendors for Audiology industry specific applications and installed and configured the NOAH, Hearform and Audbase applications in the office.
In the 4 years since the new network installation Advanced Network Consulting has provided on-going support for the network. We have rolled out updated to Hearform and NOAH. As the office has grown we have added desktop computers to the network, upgraded the internet connection, upgraded the Firewall and setup Remove access to the office.
As of mid March 2014, we have currently replaced Tustin Hearing’s XP computers ahead of the April 8 deadline.
