Advanced Network Consulting will be onsite on a regular basis to perform preventative network maintenance. This allows our technicians to identify and correct small problems before it becomes a major disruption. The schedule is determined and agreed upon by ANC and the client: how often (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and what constitutes as Preventative Maintenance. If this schedule does not work for the client, the client has the option of converting to a Retainer Program at any time.
- If your company prefers to be billed at one flat, discounted rate, then the Retainer Program is for you. Whether it be a desktop, server, or emergency work, hours purchased via the Retainer Program are billed at the flat, discounted rate. The amount of hours required for your size company is determined by ANC and you (the client). Rate Discounts are based on the number of monthly hours that are agreed upon in the terms of the agreement. Savings are based on an average of 50% Desktop rate and 50% Network Rate. - Clients are free to set aside additional items to be done on the scheduled day. Please inform the engineer with an email or phone call. (24-48 hour notice is required).
