Microsoft Extends Office 2007 mainstream support

For those still using Microsoft Office 2007, you will have an extra six months before the official mainstream (or free) support period ends. Microsoft was originally scheduled to end mainstream support for Microsoft Office 2007 on April 9.  Microsoft has confirmed that Office 2007 will see its mainstream support extended to October 9.
