“I first contacted Advanced Network Consulting when I took over the practice at Anaheim Hearing Center. At the time Advanced Network Consulting helped with some minor issues for us and helped the transition go smoothly. Recently it was necessary to upgrade out TIMS practice management software. The software upgrade also required us to upgrade our server and workstations. ANC came in and prepared a project plan to transition Anaheim Hearing Center to the new systems, working with TIMS to ensure a smooth switch over. ANC took care of the entire process for us.

Update 2019: Owner Julie Ball purchased a second location, Brea Hearing Center, a few years ago and ANC upgraded network cabling, installing a new server and connecting several workstations worked with the contractor, electrician, and landlord to help open the second location on time. Both locations have utilized our cloud backup service and MessageDisk email hosting partnership and each location continues to run smoothly and efficiently.
