Retainer Program
The Retainer Program is advantageous for a company that doesn't mind "paying ahead" for services rendered or not.
A block of time is purchased each month for the term of the agreement, One (1) Year. Purchased time can be used at anytime (except holidays) and is honored for One (1) year from the date the monthly block is purchased.

If a situation arises in which additional consulting work is required for the month, this additional time will be billed at the regular ANC rate for the type of work being performed (see Hourly Rate Page for additional information).

Rate Discounts are based on the number of monthly hours that are agreed upon in the terms of the agreement. Savings are based on an average of 50% Desktop rate and 50% Network Rate. The discount levels are defined as follows:
Level A - 10 hours / month commitment
  Flat rate of   $850.00 a month
Saving $250.00 Month / $3000.00 Yearly
   
Level B - 20 hours / month commitment
  Flat rate of   $1600.00 a month
Saving $600.00 Month / $7200.00 Yearly
   
Level C - 30 hours / month commitment
  Flat rate of   $2250.00 a month
Saving $900.00 Month / $10,800.00 Yearly
Level D - 40 hours / month commitment
Flat rate of   $3400.00 a month
Saving $1200.00 Month / $14,400.00 Yearly
Discounted Rate
  If your company prefers to be billed at one flat, discounted rate, then the Retainer Program is for you. Whether is be a desktop, server, or emergency work, hours purchased via the Retainer Program are billed at the flat, discounted rate. The amount of hours required for your size company is determined by ANC and you (the client).
   
Set Schedule
  Like an insurance policy, you pay a set amount every month, and when an emergency does comes up, you have enough hours to “cash in” and get you through the crisis. Rest assured, when you make that phone call to have us come out to service your network, you won’t be paying the emergency rate and you’re still getting the same level of service and dedication that is synonymous with ANC.If this schedule does not work for the client, the client has the option of converting to a Preventative Maintenance Program at any time.
   
Flexibility
  Clients are free to set aside additional items to be done on the scheduled day. Please inform the engineer with an email or phone call. (24-48 hours notice is required).
