Program members receive a discounted rate based on number of committed hours per month. During your initial network consultation, Advanced Network Consulting will perform an inventory of your computer systems. This information will determine how many hours are essential for your company. |

| Set Schedule |

Advanced Network Consulting will be onsite on a regular basis to perform preventative network maintenance. This allows our technicians to identify and correct small problems before it becomes a major disruption. The schedule is determined and agreed upon by ANC and the client: how often (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and what constitutes as Preventative Maintenance. If this schedule does not work for the client, the client has the option of converting to a Retainer Program at any time. |

Clients are free to set aside additional items to be done on the scheduled day. Please inform the engineer with an email or phone call. (24-48 hours notice is required). |
